ETP- Effluent treatment plant, also known as ETP is a waste water treatment process that is used to treat waste water mostly in industries like pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, Kitchens where extreme water contamination is a possibility. Effluent Treatment Plant plays a significant role in the treatment of industrial waste water as well as domestic sewage. Organic matter, inorganic matter, heavy metals, oil & grease, suspended particles, and other contaminants are treated in the wastewater treatment process of an ETP plant suitable for Industries,Hotel/Banquets,Restaurants etc.
STP-Sewage treatment Plant is a type of wastewater treatment which aims to remove contaminants from sewage to produce an effluent that is suitable to discharge to the surrounding environment or an intended reuse application, thereby preventing water pollution from raw sewage discharges. Sewage treatment plants collect, treat, and discharge wastewater, providing a service essential to environmental and public health.
Oil and Grease Trap-An Oil and Grease Trap also known as Grease Interceptor is a device used to trap oil, grease, food solids etc from the wastewater before they enter into a sewer system. The Oil and Grease Trap prevents the clogging of sewer by preventing the Oil, grease fats and solids from entering the sewer suitable for kitchens of Hotel/Banquets, Restaurants etc.
Organic Waste Converter-An organic waste converter is a machine used for the treatment and recycling of solid and liquid refuse material. The process of converting solid waste into compost is very simple, and it saves the environment by turning waste into a solid or called a useful bi-product.
Dust Collector-A dust collector is used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system.
Wet Scrubber-Wet scrubbers are a special device used to remove a variety of pollutants from exhaust gas from furnaces or other devices. These devices use a scrubbing liquid to remove the pollutants.
Emission control system-Emission control systems monitor and reduce harmful products that are released by combustion and other emission processes, which cause environmental pollution.
Dual fuel kit for DG set- A dual fuel kit for a DG (DIESEL GENERATOR) set is a retrofitting solution that allows the DG set to run on two types of fuel - typically diesel and natural gas. This kit consists of a gas regulator, mixer, and a control panel. The Dual Fuel kit for DG set to switch between diesel and natural gas, depending on the availability and cost of the fuels.
RECD for DG set- A retrofit emission control device is installed to reduce the harmful emission & pollutants exhaust from the diesel generator. It is the most effective method and equipment for reducing diesel particulate matter and other emission gases.
